Electronic Disclosure Consent Agreement (E-SIGN Consent)

Through this Electronic Disclosure Consent Agreement ("E-SIGN Consent"), you agree to the following for this Transaction:

1. To electronically receive Communications from Juiced ("Juiced," "we," "us," or "our") and our marketing partners (collectively, "Partners") pursuant to the terms set forth herein; and
2. To electronically sign agreements as needed in connection with this Transaction.

Definitions

"Communications" means any and all disclosures, notices, agreements, terms, conditions, or other information that applicable laws or regulations require us or our Partners to provide to you in writing for this Transaction.

This also includes your consent to receive email communications.

Marketing Partners

By accepting this E-SIGN Consent, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with and used by our trusted marketing partners to communicate with you electronically about products and services that may be of interest. These communications may be marketing or transactional in nature, and may come via email, phone, or SMS.

Duration of Consent

This E-SIGN Consent is effective immediately and applies to this specific Transaction. It remains in effect until the Transaction is complete. However, the expiration of this E-SIGN Consent does not affect the validity or duration of any separate consent(s) to receive marketing communications from Juiced Media LLC or our Partners.

Right to Paper Copies

Delivery of Communications

We and our Partners may deliver Communications by making them viewable online or sending them via email, SMS, or phone. We recommend that you save or print a copy of any Communication for your records. You acknowledge that you are able to receive and retain Communications electronically.

Electronic Signature

By clicking a button, checking a box, or taking any action to proceed with this Transaction, you agree that such action constitutes your electronic signature, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
